We are a group of university students undertaking the unit ‘Leadership’ in the business school of ECU. The unit has introduced us to the critical role of leadership in successful organizations. We’re provided with an opportunity to examine various models of leadership, and to develop our own model suited to our skills, interests and workplace needs.

On completion of this website, we demonstrated a broader knowledge of key approaches to leadership; besides identifying the different behavioural components of effective leadership and analyzing leadership in an appropriate setting through observation and reflection.
